What is the goal to change the laws! To state that bullying is a crime if it is a constant issue. I dont want kids thrown in Jail what I want as many parents is for someone to make sure these kids get counciling, maybe hear how bullying effects others. Maybe even some community work with bullied kids. I truly think When a child bullys someone it is a cry for help a way to get attention. They need some help of some sort. However if it continues then yes more severe punishments. Also that the school take a more strict approach. Not hand out reflection over and over. Ok they use progressive punishment they say...however it never gets more severe it stays as missing a recess or writing a reflection. The schools say 0 tolerence well they need to start actually being proactive in that statement. Not ignore these issues hoping it goes away. Parents should be called right away and kept up to date etc...Andres Bully log will be up soon!He thanks Everyone for the support.Also Both my kids are now switching schools come September along with many other students. Who are tierd of these issues not being dealt with. Over the past 2 years due to bullying this school has lost dozens of students due to the bullying issues at this school and this year they have lost a dozen or more. This alone should make someone at the school board realize how bad this issue is!
